The Show office is location on the Southeast side of the arena inside the main building. There you will be able to check-in, recieve your halter numbers, stall information, and the break down of the class schedule. The show office will be open from 2 pm till 6 pm on July 11th and from 6:30 am till 9 am on July 12th. Please pick up your packets during these hours.
A Coggins test is a requirement for all adult horses entering the Inspection from out of the state of Florida. Please mail a copy of the coggins certificate to our office.
A copy of current vaccinations
Copies of Registration of papers for your horse.
If your horse is not currently registered with the BPS, mail copies of the registration papers for the horse (if available) sire and dam (if available) with the completed BPS Horse Registration Forms.
BPS Membership Application and $70.00 fee if not currently a member of the BPS or BPA-USA
All individuals handling stallions and assisting in the presentation of stallions MUST wear a protective helmet. This is a BPS requirement for all inspections and will be required at this inspection. Please keep a safe distance between stallions at all times and stay in the areas identified for horses.

Persons presenting a horse must wear a white shirt, grey tie and black trousers, white sneakers are desired.
Foals will be led in a halter and lead rope next to their mother for the standing presentation and the walk on the triangle. The foals will show at liberty on the triangle, for the trot with the mother in hand. After the presentation in the triangle, the mother and foal will both shown at liberty in the arena.
If your horse receives an upgrade, the BPS will invoice you for the upgrade fee. New registration papers will be sent after the fee is paid.

There is plenty of parking for automobiles and trucks with trailers. Please follow the signs and park only in designated areas.
There are several veterinary clinics closeby. if your horse requires veterinary care while here, there will be a list at the Registration Desk.
Please follow directions for class gate entry and keep horses in exhibitor designated areas only to provide safe access to the spectator area, food truck and restrooms. (see attached map)
There will be a lunch/food truck available to purchase snacks, drinks and food. One lunch ticket is provided with each entry.
